University's law office has started working from 1390 in order to present legal solutions and approaches in administrative affairs.
Responsibilities of the Law Office
- Evaluating and approving all contracts that are signed at the University
- Following up on all legal affairs of the university in which it is either a defendant or plaintiff in jurisdictions
- Preparing all legal bills related to judicial documents and handing them to the jurisdictions
- Introducing University's legal representative to participate in hearings
- Undertaking all the affairs related to taking property bond from sponsored students to study abroad as well as teachers who intend to use their sabbatical leave to go to universities overseas
- Doing all the affairs related to transferring the title deed or equity of the university's property under the name of Islamic Republic of Iran on behalf of the university
- Undertaking all the affairs related to taking employee commitment bonds from PhD candidates who are financially sponsored by the University
- Undertaking all the affairs related to redeeming the bonds given by the faculty members and who are graduated from universities abroad, are back in the country and started working.
- Following up on documents referred to the Administrative Court of Justice and Labor and Social Affairs Organization
- Assessing and following all the affairs which might have legal implications are done in this office
